About Peggy Blackwell
Born and raised in Central Texas, I returned after retiring from a higher ed career. I became seriously interested in photography while living in Dubai. Traveling to Asia, the Middle East, and Africa gave me opportunities to practice and hone my skill as a photographer. Now back in Texas, I'm continuing to take lessons and photograph this area and where ever I travel.

Quite an amazing shot, Peggy. Insects are pretty much ignored by most. Not you and me. I often sit on my patio in the summer mostly to watch the antics of the insects ( birds too). They are quite and entertaining bunch. Well done.
